The holder of the voucher will receive all the details about the access to the place of the activity at the time of its reservation (7 days before the requested date according to the General Terms and Conditions). Please take into account the fact that this is a flight activity, dependent on the weather conditions and obtaining all the necessary approvals for the flight. The pilot-in-command has the responsibility of carrying out the flight in conditions of maximum safety, so that he has the absolute authority to decide at any time to interrupt or postpone the mission. We recommend that you book the activity in advance to make room for possible changes regarding your reservation. The activity can only be carried out during the validity period of the voucher.

• the transfer to the location is not included
• please keep in mind that during the winter, not only do we have more frequent weather restrictions, but some airports may close. We will do our best to schedule you in other locations

The activity can be carried out throughout the year, between 08:00 - 20:00, at the customer's request, depending on availability.
