The holder of the voucher will receive all the details about the access to the place of the activity at the time of its reservation (7 days before the requested date according to the General Terms and Conditions). This information is listed in the document that confirms the activity reservation - Activity Pass.

Please take into account the fact that this is a flight activity, dependent on the weather conditions and obtaining all the necessary approvals for the flight. The pilot-in-command has the responsibility of carrying out the flight in conditions of maximum safety, so that he has the absolute authority to decide at any time to interrupt or postpone the mission. We recommend that you book the activity in advance to make room for possible changes regarding your reservation. The activity can only be carried out during the validity period of the voucher.

Voucher validity: 12 months

How long the activity lasts: each participant will fly for 30 minutes. The 30 minutes of flight include starting the engine, taking off and landing the aircraft. There will be two flights, made with a helicopter with the capacity of 1 pilot + 1 passenger.

• there is a maximum weight limit of 90-95kg/person
• this activity is not intended for people who suffer from epilepsy or heart disease
• the transfer to the location is not included
• please keep in mind that during the winter, not only do we have more frequent weather restrictions, but some airports may close. We will do our best to schedule you in other locations.

The activity can be carried out throughout the year, on Saturdays and Sundays, at the customer's request, depending on availability.
