Boat cruise on Lake Bicaz

The "Izvorul Muntelui" reservoir, also known as "Bicaz Lake", is the largest artificial lake set up on the inland rivers in Romania, being nicknamed "the sea between the mountains".

The dam at Bicaz connects Gicovanu Mountain with Horstei Village, and it presents itself as a real artificial mountain, with a length of 435 m, a height of 127 m and a width at the base of 119 m.

The lake reflects Ceahlau Mountain on sunny days.

• There is a weight limit of maximum 100 kg/person
• We recommend you to participate only if you have a good health condition
• The equipment is at your disposal for the entire duration of the activity, being rented for 2 hours
• You must know how to swim
• Your transfer to the location is not included
• It doesn’t matter if you are wearing glasses or not, but if you do, they should be attached with safety straps
