Initiation in scuba and underwater chess

If you don't know, we'll teach you. If you have no diving experience at all, you will learn the necessary skills for scuba diving during this experience. If you are already initiated into diving, we go directly to the underwater chess game.

• You will meet the instructor at the Olympic pool
• Together with him, for 40 min, you will go through the theoretical notions (about equipment and safety under water)
• According to the theory, the underwater safety exercises follow: emptying the mask, emptying the holder, buoyancy check
• After the safety exercises, the practical part follows - diving for 1 hour, during which the underwater chess match takes place
• 10-minute evaluation, on the edge of the pool, of the dive that took place

At the end of this experience you will know

• How to use the diving device
• you will know techniques and safety measures during diving
• you will know how to adjust your buoyancy under water
