Learn to make your own beer - Brewing course

During the introductory course in the passion of brewing, an expert instructor guides participants through the process of brewing a batch of beer.

The brewing times are as follows:

• Brief description of the beer to be produced, the ingredients and the technological steps: 30 minutes
• Mashing the beer wort: 60 minutes
• Obtaining the wort and washing it: 30 minutes
• Boiling the wort with hops: 90 minutes
• Cooling the beer and transferring it to the fermenter: 60 minutes

The course duration is approximately 4:30 hours.

We will also tasting of several homebrewed beers.

The beer produced will be fermented in our showroom and will be bottled 2 weeks after fermentation begins – so that those who wish to increase their quota of bottled beer can do so immediately after bottling.
